Formalities: Submit all duly completed Team Registration Form, Team List andIndividual Registration Form, accompanied by the following documents of each participating athlete:
(1) Macau citizen: A BIR copy;
(2) Foreigners: Copy of Residency Permit or Non-Resident Worker Permit;
(3) Health Declaration
(4) 2 recent color photos of 1 1/2 inch;
(5) Guardian’s signature on the Individual Registration Form (for athletes of age
under 18).
(6) Forms must be filled in a legible manner, preferably in capital letters.Promotion of the modality of Dragon Boat, strengthening of foreign relations and development of sports and tourism activities.
