Organised by SportAccord, the 13th SportAccord International Convention 2015 took place in Sochi, Russia from 19th to 24th April 2015. This year’s convention attracted approximately 1,700 attendees from 85 exhibitors from various government sports departments, tourism departments, international sports federations, national Olympics committees, sports services companies, sports equipment suppliers, sports organisations and sports media from all over the world, of whom the Macao Sport Development Board was one.
Through its booth and other publicity work, the Macao Sport Development Board promoted the development of the sports industry in Macao and introduced Macao’s development as an international city to exhibition-goers from all around the world.
During the event, the SportAccord Convention and the International Olympic Committee held various meetings, City Forum and other related activities. Staff members from the Macao Sport Development Board communicated, exchanged ideas and strengthened relationships with both attendees and exhibitors.
