Under the sunshine of a burning hot summer, aquatic activity is unquestionably the best entertainment to relieve the summer heat! In an effort to enable the citizens to take a short break from the urban rhythm before summer holiday, also to enjoy the warmth of sun and the shining sea as well as the aquatic activity, the Sports Bureau, the Civic and Municipal Affairs Bureau and the Marine and Water Bureau, together with many organizations, jointly held “The 2016 May Day Recreational Activities at Hac Sa Beach” at Hac Sa Beach and the Leisure Area thereof on 1st May 2016.

Participants had great fun in amusements held on that day, including “beach football tournament”, “beach volleyball tournament”, “beach handball tournament”, as well as sand sculpting competition, which was a game for all family members. In addition, two beach games, four game booths, two large-scale inflated toys and four aquatic activities (banana boat, jetski, flying buoy and sailboat) were widely enjoyed by the citizens, creating an energetic and pleasant atmosphere.
