Junior Volleyball Championship of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area 2019 was held from November 14 to 17 in Taishan, Guangdong Province. Macao youth men's volleyball team won the third place with 3 wins and 3 losses.

There were seven teams in total in the championship this year, including Guangdong Province youth team, Macao Special Administrative Region, Shenzhen, Zhuhai, Foshan, Zhongshan and Jiangmen. The single round-robin system was employed in the championship. Macao youth team, which was composed of players from schools, defeated Foshan, Zhongshan and Zhuhai, but they lost to Guangdong Province youth team, Shenzhen and Jiangmen. Eventually, they won the third place with 3 wins and 3 losses in six matches. Both Guangdong Province youth team and Shenzhen were crowned the champion. The runner-up was Jiangmen.

Chan Pak Tou, the main coach of the Macao team, was satisfied with the results. He stated that he would continue to strengthen members' fitness and defense to upgrade the team's competence.
