The Macao Football Youth Academy, jointly founded by the Macao Sport Development Board and Macao Football Association and sponsored by the Macao Jockey Club, held the “Football Youth Academy Fun Day” at the Olympic Sports Centre – Small Soccer Field (Multi-purpose Zone) on 9th May. The organiser hoped the activity would help parents of the students understand their children’s learning progress and strengthen their awareness of the trainings and operations of the school. The event was widely received with over 400 people attending including both students and parents.。

The Fun Day held several matches according to different age groups and arranged a special match for parents and coaches of the soccer school, in which all parties were fully engaged. Participants outside the field actively cheered on the players with enthusiastic applause. The activity concluded in an exciting and friendly atmosphere.

The Head of the Sports Development Department of the Macao Sport Development Board Christine Lam, Supervisor General of the Macao Football Association Chang Chin Nam and coaches of the Football Youth Academy presented prizes to the winners at an award ceremony.
