Hosted by Macao SAR Government and organized by Macao Sport Development Board, Macao SAR Government National Day Celebration - Sports and Art Extravaganza- Music Concert took place at Tap Seac Multisport Pavilion on the National Day. The concert attracted large crowds and drawn a full house as tickets had all been sold out.

The lighting ceremony of this grant event was officiated by the Chief Executive, Mr. Fernando Chui Sai On, the Deputy Commissioner of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of PRC in Macao SAR, Ms. Zhang Jinfeng, the Deputy Director of the Culture and the Education Department of the Liaison Office of the Central People’s Government in Macao SAR,  Mr. Li Zhengqiao, the Secretary for Social Affairs and Culture, Mr. Cheong U, the Chief of the Office of Chief Executive, Mr. Tam Chon Weng, the President of the Macao Sport Development Board, Mr. Vong Iao Lek, Vice Presidents, Mr. José s and Mr. Pun Weng Kun and a representative of the public.

The performing artists included many famous singers from Hong Kong and Macao such as Joey Yung, Raymond Lam, Vincy Chan, Adason Lo, Sherman Chung, William Chan, SOLER, ChitaYu and Sean Pang. They energetic and wholehearted performances won endless applause from the audience and their fans.  

The organizers hoped that through this event, they could share the joy with the public and bring out the message of “Let’s Exercise for a Better Heath” at the same time.
