The“2017 Hong Kong – Macao 7-A-Side Football Interport Competition”was held in Hong Kong. Benfica, the champion of the Macao Football Invitation, competed on 13 January at Southorn Playground, Wan Chai, as the team representing Macao. Niki Torrão shot on goal twice consecutively, to defeat Hong Kong 2:1 to defend the title.
On that day,10 minutes into the match, Chan Man assisted Niki Torrão and scored 1:0. Five minutes later, players of the Hong Kong team broke the offside trap and managed to tie the score 1:1 by the end of the first half. After changing sides, Pang Chi Hang, from the Macao team, replaced Kou Chon and strengthened the offense. At the 16th minute, when Chan Man made a corner kick, Niki Torrão shot on goal with a header and scored twice in total individually. He helped the team win 2:1 and defend the champion in the Hong Kong – Macao 7-A-Side Football Interport Competition, fulfilling the team's wish.
