1. Members agree to provide complete and true personal details and update changes on member interface should information be modified.
2. Members obliged to protect their own account number and password and assume responsibility for all acts performed after logging on to system with respective account number and password.
3. Members must not disclose, provide, lend or transfer account number and password to third party in order to protect their own interests and rights. Members should immediately inform Board on discovering account number or password illegally used by others or account safety compromised.

Collection and Usage of Personal Information

1. Sports Bureau of Macao SAR Government (hereinafter referred to as ‘MSB’) employs appropriate confidentiality measures to protect privacy of members. However, responsibility of MSB limited to protecting individual identification information obtained from members at time of registration.
2. In order to process applications for ‘Sport Easy’ membership and data on services used, Sports Bureau will collect individual identification information.
3. Following information will be collected upon registration: full name, identity card number/passport number, email address, date of birth, gender, telephone number, address, etc.
4. Sports Bureau will use individual identification information for following purposes: Processing applications and results of transactions and notifying members of most recent activities and sports news of MSB.
5. Sports Bureau will never collect or access information such as your payment card number or bank account details. Collected information will be sent to Payment Gateway of related banks via SSL encryption.
