The Sports Bureau and the Federation of Macau China Sports General Associations held the 10^th (2019) Macao Sports Carnival on October 20, in order to celebrate the 70^th Anniversary of the People's Republic of China, the 20^th Anniversary of the Macao Special Administrative Region and the 10^th Anniversary of the Federation of Macau China Sports General Associations, attracting a total of 30,000 participants.

76 sports associations and clubs participated in the 10^th (2019) Macao Sports Carnival. The activities are rich in content. 60 booths, including theme games, display of sports exercise information, sports show, photo exhibition, photography competition and lucky draw, were set up in the venue.

Lao Cho Un, Vice President of the Sports Bureau, said that the Federation had been devoted to uniting various sports associations and this annual “Sports Carnival” had become an important event for the sports sectors in Macao. He stated that the Sports Bureau would continue to optimize the facilities to initiate a greater diversity of sport-for-all activities for Macao residents.
